Back in 2001, I had never ridden a motorcycle of any type, when a friend talked me into signing up for a riding class. She backed out, I didn't - I learned what a clutch was, how to ride a motorcycle and gained a new passion. I earned my endorsement and went right out and bought my first motorcycle - a 2002 Heritage Softail. Later, I added a 2006 Street Glide to the garage. In 2007, I traded in both my motorcycles and bought a 2008 CVO Screamin Eagle Ultra Classic. I usually ride about 13, 000 - 15,000 miles each year and enjoy riding with the chapter, with friends and on long solo trips. I joined Rose City H.O.G. in 2006 and was asked to be a Road Captain and later a Safety Officer. I now volunteer as the Secretary.
